$15,420 MRR Hit On My First SaaS Launched - a game changer

What if I told you it’s possible to hit $15,420 in monthly recurring revenue on your very first SaaS launch — even if you don’t know a line of code? Sounds like a dream, right? Well, that’s exactly what happened to this developer. Stuck in the grind of affiliate marketing, he was frustrated by the constant struggle to create high-quality creatives for his campaigns. But instead of throwing in the towel, he flipped that pain into a solution — creating a subscription service that skyrocketed in a matter of months.

And here’s the kicker — he did it without an audience, without coding skills, and without spending months perfecting the product. He validated his idea early, built fast, and launched with the help of a simple but powerful no-code stack. This is the ultimate entrepreneurial story — a true game-changer that proves you don’t need to be an expert or have all the resources to succeed.

This story is exactly what you need to hear if you’re feeling stuck or unsure about starting your own venture. Get ready to dive into the secrets behind his success, because after reading this, you’ll be itching to start your own journey. Trust me, this is the blueprint you’ve been waiting for. Let’s go!

Here is his story

To start : I followed @noahkagan ‘s framework (Yes sir I am a fanboyyy)

To build : I use @nocodebackend , @weweb_io & @gohighlevel , the most powerful no code stack ever ! Here’s the raw blueprint.

I am into media buying for affilaite campaigns, my biggest struggle was maintaining a constant stream of high-quality creatives (ads) for my campaigns. In this business, you either keep testing & refreshing your creatives & angles, or you die. It’s a never-ending battle.

Most affiliate marketers either make their own creatives or hire designers, both of which I hated. I wasn’t very creative myself, and I didn’t want to break the bank hiring designers for every new campaign. My idea was born out of this frustration — there had to be a better way.

I wanted to create a subscription-based service that provides high-quality, D.F.Y creatives, funnels & training specifically for affiliate marketers. There are generic design subscriptiopns but they don’t quite hit the mark for media buyers like me. So I deciced to niche down.

The idea was solid, but there was a catch — I didn’t have an audience to validate it with. Building an audience from scratch wasn’t my strong suit & I knew it would take forever. So, I decided to take a shortcut and reached out to an influencer in the affiliate marketing niche.

I pitched my idea to him, and to my surprise, he was totally on board! He was struggling with the same challange lol. We struck a partnership deal, and he granted me access to his exclusive Slack community.

I networked with some of the members there & asked if they’d be willing to pay a $97 earlybird deposit for lifetime access to the service. About 40% of them said YES. We collected the deposits & that was all the validation I needed. The idea had legs, and it was time to build.

I didn’t want to spend months coding (because I don’t know how to lol) so I turned to the most powerful no-code stack out there: Xano, Weweb & GoHighLevel. I managed to build the app in just one week. knew I had to move fast, so I shipped as soon as the first training was ready.

The initial group of users were blown away by the product! Their feedback was extremely helpful. We gathered testimonials from this tester group and created a waiting list page. My partner promoted it across all the platforms where he had an audience to build the WL list.

In February, we officially launched the service, and we did it exclusively via email. No fancy launch parties, no paid ads, just good old-fashioned email marketing. We used @sendybay + Amazon SES to handle our email campaigns, and the results spoke for themselves.

This is just the beginning of my journey, and I know there’s still a long way to go. But looking back, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come in such a short time. Building a successful SaaS isn’t easy, but with the right strategy and mindset, it’s definitely possible.

If there’s one thing I want you to take away from my story, it’s this: don’t be afraid to sell before you build. Validate your ideas early, find the right partners & leverage the power of email. If I can do it, so can you. Keep pushing forward & never give up on your dreams!

Below ,is my next story.

Can someone with zero coding skills build 2 apps and make $118,112.10 ?

Yes, if you’re not afraid to execute!

Sold early bird access pre-product to validate ideas (thanks @noahkagan ‘s book!) ,Built MVPs and then full products with @weweb_io & @nocodebackend Full story below video.

Decided to make an @IndiePageApp because people constantly ask me this my DMs. Here you go :

My startups portfolio in October 2024:

App #1 — Quickresponderai $1.1k

App #2 — Creative Library $17.2k

App #3 — http://Instaglam.ai $218

If you have time to complain, you have time to get shit done.Stop making excuses and start making progress.

Here’s what I learned from this story:

Don’t wait for the stars to align — just start with what you have and validate your idea fast.

This guy didn’t wait around for the perfect product. He sold early access before even building it, validated his idea with real users, and then moved at lightning speed to deliver exactly what they wanted. The guy didn’t even know how to code, but that didn’t stop him. He used the tools he had, executed relentlessly, and now he’s hitting numbers most dream of.

If he can do it, so can you. It’s all about making that first move, testing your ideas, and building something that really solves a problem. No excuses — just do it.

Thanks for reading my story. But mostly, thanks for following my journey.
